VistaTrailers LLC Return Policy

At VistaTrailers LLC, we are committed to helping every customer select the right trailer before completing their purchase. Due to the nature, size, registration, transportation, and use of trailers, all trailer sales are final.

Final Sale Policy

Once a purchase has been completed and the sales documents have been signed, VistaTrailers LLC does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds due to buyer’s remorse, a change in the customer’s needs, or the customer later deciding that a different size, model, color, or configuration would be more suitable.

This policy applies to trailers picked up from our location and trailers delivered to the customer, except where cancellation or another remedy is required by applicable law.

Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for reviewing the trailer’s dimensions, specifications, features, weight ratings, intended use, towing requirements, and compatibility with their tow vehicle before completing a purchase.

We strongly encourage every customer to ask questions and thoroughly inspect the trailer before signing the sales documents and taking possession. Our team is available before the sale to provide information and help customers make a confident, informed decision.

Pickup and Delivery Inspection

Customers, or their authorized representatives, are responsible for inspecting the trailer at pickup or delivery. Any visible damage, missing equipment, or condition concerns should be reported and documented before the trailer leaves our location or, for delivered trailers, before the delivery driver departs.

Acceptance of the trailer at pickup or delivery confirms that the customer had an opportunity to inspect it and accepted its visible condition at that time. This does not eliminate any rights provided under an applicable manufacturer’s warranty or applicable law.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Certain trailers and components may include warranty coverage provided by their respective manufacturers. Warranty coverage, eligibility, inspections, repairs, and claim decisions are determined by the manufacturer according to its warranty terms.

A warranty concern does not constitute a return or exchange and does not automatically qualify the purchaser for a refund or replacement trailer. VistaTrailers LLC may assist customers with locating the appropriate manufacturer contact information, but warranty obligations remain the responsibility of the applicable manufacturer.
